AB Ark Solutions is looking for a dedicated Freelancer.com Specialist to take complete ownership of our profile strategy, bid engineering, and client acquisition on the platform.

We are not looking for general bidders, Upwork agency reps, or generic freelancers. We need a pure-play Freelancer.com master: someone whose entire career has been built strictly on Freelancer.com, who understands bid ranking algorithms, and who brings verifiable proof of winning high-value projects.

Scope of Work

• Bid Engineering & Proposals: Craft custom, high-converting bid proposals and milestone breakdowns tailored to high-ticket briefs to maximize win rates.
• Bid Rank & Profile Optimization: Manage profile positioning, skill tagging, and bid ranking metrics to ensure top visibility on competitive job postings.
• Milestone & Escrow Operations: Draft structured, risk-free milestone schedules for clients and manage end-to-end payment releases safely.
• Client Retention & Chat Ops: Handle rapid prospective buyer inquiries, negotiate custom project scope, and maintain flawless winning communication.

Requirements

• Exclusive Freelancer.com Background: Your entire freelancing career must be built on Freelancer.com.
• Please note: Upwork-only experience, Fiverr gig backgrounds, or agency management will not qualify.
• Verifiable Track Record: You must provide actual proof of managing top-performing profiles (e.g., Preferred Freelancer Status, high earnings badges, and 5-star completion records).
• Deep Platform Mechanics: Strong understanding of Bid Insights, Bid Upgrades, bid placement mechanics, and dispute resolution policies.
• Direct Pitching Skills: Fluent speaking and written English skills to negotiate complex scopes with international employers.
