INR 500 per interview. Freelance only.

• This is not a job. You are a freelance interviewer on the BlueHippo panel.
• Paid INR 500 per completed interview. No monthly salary, no retainer.
• Payment: monthly, against your invoice, for interviews completed with a scorecard submitted. Not a lump sum.
• No offer letter, PF, gratuity, appraisal or bench.
• You choose how many interview slots you take each week.
• All interviews run on Microsoft Teams and are recorded.
• Apply if you have deep hands-on expertise in a MarTech platform and want flexible, paid interviewing work.

The Role

Conduct recorded tech pre-screens over Teams for consultant candidates in your area of expertise. Score honestly so only real experts reach our clients.

SFMC • HubSpot • Marketo • Pardot (Account Engagement) • Klaviyo • Salesforce Data Cloud • Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud • MuleSoft • AI agents on MarTech stacks

Responsibilities

• Run 3045 minute technical pre-screens on Teams for candidates in India and the US.
• Use the BlueHippo question bank and interview scorecard.
• Submit the scorecard within 24 hours with a clear verdict Pass / Hold / Reject.
• Flag proxy interviews, coached answers, and gaps between the CV and actual knowledge.
• Keep all candidate and client information confidential.

Must Have

• 7+ years hands-on in at least one of the technologies above.
• Current platform certification(s).
• Prior consulting, contracting or freelance experience.
• Experience interviewing or evaluating technical candidates.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Laptop, quiet space, camera, power and internet backup.
• Available for some slots between 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST to interview US candidates.

Good to Have: Architect-level experience • Multiple certifications • Prior interview panel experience • US client exposure
