Freezer Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Freezer Coordinator to manage end-to-end freezer deployment, tracking, servicing, and data management. This role involves close coordination with sales teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage freezer deployment and validate deliveries
• Track freezer movement and maintain servicing records
• Handle agreements, documentation, and data consolidation
• Generate periodic reports and ensure data accuracy
• Verify invoices, track payments, and resolve operational queries
• Maintain data hygiene and proper application tagging

Requirements:

• 23 years of relevant experience
• Strong Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability
• Experience in General Trade (GT) environment preferred
• Prior exposure to FMCG / Frozen Food industry is a plus
