Responsibilities

• Manage shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Prospect and develop new shipper accounts.
• Source, qualify, and negotiate with carrier partners.
• Coordinate dispatch, shipment tracking, and customer communication.
• Resolve transportation issues while providing exceptional service.
• Grow and maintain your own customer portfolio.
