What you’ll do

• Prospect and win new shippers through calls, email, , and anything else that gets results
• Build and manage your own book of business from the ground up
• Quote, book, and move freight (LTL, truckload, and more) while keeping customers happy
• Follow up relentlessly and turn first loads into long-term accounts

• Freight experience is a plus, but drive and coachability matter more

Let’s be upfront
This is a 1099, commission-only role. Your income comes from the book you build. There’s no ceiling, but there’s no floor either. The reps who thrive here show up every day, put in the work, and take ownership of their results. We’re not looking for people who want to “see how it goes.” We want people who are all in.
