Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
Cab Facility: Available

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Logistics Executive/ Brokers to manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, and transportation activities.
• Plan and coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and customers.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, invoices, and records.
• Monitor vehicle movement and delivery status.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch requirements.
• Handle logistics-related issues and resolve delivery or transportation delays.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and shipments.
• Coordinate with transporters and vendors as required.
• Prepare regular logistics and dispatch reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation and transportation processes will be an advantage.
