Freight Forwarder

· Process imports and export documents for customs clearance.

· Prepare, verify, and submit customs declarations and supporting documents.

· Coordinate with the Bureau of Customs, shipping lines, airlines, warehouses, and government agencies regarding shipment requirements.

· Monitor shipment status and ensure timely cargo release and delivery.

· Secure permits, clearances, and other regulatory requirements when necessary.

· Maintain accurate records of import and export transactions.

· Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariffs, and company procedures.

· Manage finances and timely liquidation of CAs.
