Freight Forwarder

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder to coordinate with China-based shippers and agents, manage shipment bookings, schedules, and documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with China-based shippers, suppliers, and agents.
• Handle shipment bookings and schedule follow-ups.
• Prepare and verify shipping and freight documentation.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day communication with overseas agents in English.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely movement of cargo.

Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding / logistics preferred.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of international shipping and documentation.
• Mandarin language skills will be an advantage.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
