Freight Forwarder- Export Air

About the role

An experienced Export Air Operator role based in Auckland, managing Air Export activities within the department. You will collaborate with Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for clients, managing the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients
• Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure, adhering to Management directives, customer instructions, legislative requirements, and company KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues
• Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members
• Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One
• Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files
• Implement and monitor improvements in export processes
• Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed

About you

• Industry knowledge experience in Air Export
• Cargowise One knowledge and Experience
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel)
