Work Location: Mckinley, Taguig City.

We are seeking a results-driven Freight Forwarding Assistant Manager to support daily logistics operations across air, sea, and land. This role ensures seamless shipment coordination, regulatory compliance, and high service standards while leading a team and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end freight forwarding operations (air, sea, and land)
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses for smooth delivery
• Oversee shipping documentation (B/L, customs declarations, shipping instructions)
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide timely stakeholder updates
• Assist in negotiating freight rates and managing carrier partnerships
• Lead, train, and supervise team members to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations
• Maintain accurate shipment, cost, and performance records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost savings
• Handle client inquiries and provide proactive logistics solutions
• Prepare operational and performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  (Relevant experience/training may be considered in lieu of degree)
• 5–10 years’ experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the same industry
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs processes
• Proven leadership and team management experience
