Freight Forwarding Associate

The Freight Forwarding Associate is responsible for assisting in the coordination and processing of import and export shipments, preparing shipping documents, monitoring cargo movement, and ensuring that freight forwarding operations are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and airway bills.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Assist with customs clearance documentation and ensure compliance with applicable shipping regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational reports.
• Perform other duties related to freight forwarding and logistics operations as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, import/export operations, or logistics is an advantage.
• Candidates with knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance, and cargo coordination are preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
