What they need
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Container Guarantees, and Authorization Letters.
- Monitor the arrival of shipments.
- Process and monitor container deposits.
- Send import manifests. (via SEA)
- Request payments for shipping lines and prepare debit notes for agents.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 year of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with basic shipping documents.
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work onsite in Binondo, Manila
