Freight Forwarding Coordinator

About the Role: A newly created opportunity now exists for a motivated freight professional to support and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations.
You will work closely with the Manager and a team across:

• Coordinating import and export shipments from origin to destination
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transport operators and warehouses
• Track cargo movements and provide proactive updates to clients
• Prepare and maintain shipping, transport and logistics documentation
• Manage bookings and scheduling arrangements

What You’ll Need to Succeed: We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in Import/Export Operations or Freight Forwarding (must have)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Australian Citizenship / PR / NZ Citizenship
• Forklift ticket (highly desirable)
