WE ARE HIRING: FREIGHT FORWARDING EXECUTIVE

Location: Qatar
Experience: 3–5 years in freight forwarding and logistics
Salary: QAR 6,500 per month (all-inclusive)

Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Freight Forwarding Executive with practical experience in coordinating international shipments and managing day-to-day freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate must currently reside in Qatar and have relevant experience working with a logistics company or freight forwarding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Air Waybills or Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate import/export procedures and customs clearance with relevant parties.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, overseas freight agents, transporters, customs brokers, and customers.
• Track shipments, monitor estimated arrival times, resolve operational delays, and provide timely customer updates.
• Coordinate transportation, delivery arrangements, and shipment documentation.
• Obtain freight quotations and coordinate rates with agents, carriers, and transport providers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely completion of operational documentation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Must currently be residing in Qatar.
• Practical knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations.
• Working knowledge of Qatar customs procedures, import/export documentation, and clearance coordination.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, freight agents, transporters, and customers.
• Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet operational deadlines.
