Position - Freight Forwarding Manager
Industry - Shipping FF
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Gandhidham
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Import & Export Freight Forwarding operations.
Handle Sea & Air Freight, bookings, documentation & shipment tracking.
Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Airlines, CHA, Transporters & Overseas Agents.
Manage customer relationships, quotations & freight rate negotiations.
Develop new business and achieve sales & revenue targets.
Monitor shipment costs, profitability & operational efficiency.
Lead and manage the forwarding team.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely shipment execution.
Requirements
5–10 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping.
Strong knowledge of Import & Export processes.
Good communication, negotiation & team-management skills.
Knowledge of freight rates, documentation & logistics operations.How to Apply
