Foodlink S.A., one of the leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers in Greece and a member of the fast-growing FDL Group, is looking for a Road Freight Forwarding Line Manager to join our team in Sindos.

Your Role

As a Road Freight Forwarding Line Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our road freight forwarding activities while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the road freight forwarding business, focusing on FTL & LTL shipments.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's commercial growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, understanding their business needs and delivering value-added logistics solutions.
• Plan and coordinate international shipments, selecting the most efficient routing based on cost, transit time, service quality and cargo requirements.
• Oversee freight forwarding operations from booking through final delivery.
• Negotiate rates and commercial agreements with carriers and partners.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and business optimization.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of international road freight operations.
• Commercial mindset with proven business development capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/TMS systems.
