Freight Forwarding Operations and Customer Service Agent - Import & Export (At least +1 year of logistics experience)

• Data entry
• Check freight charge and prepare for rate quote / bookings.
• Follow up with the carriers for shipment status and prepare invoices for freight transportation
• Verify documentation to customs, clear goods through house custom broker, arrange for applicable duties
• Arrange trucking transportation upon request from customers
• Communication with overseas agents, carriers, rail companies, CFS, custom brokers and importers to ensure smooth delivery of the shipment·

Candidates' qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have excellent attention to details, proactive and positive work-ethic, and creative problem-solving skills.

Working hours (Monday through Friday):

Full-time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
