Freight Forwarding Operator | AU Client | Onsite Set-up

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Operator to join our growing logistics team. The successful candidate will have strong freight forwarding knowledge, hands-on CargoWise experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate with Operations (OP), Customer Service (CS), overseas agents, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Selection Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international shipping operations.
• Strong working knowledge of CargoWise.
• Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related course/field
• Experience handling shipment registration, CargoWise updates, pre-alerts, document chasing, EDO/DO coordination, shipment tracking, and task management.
• Excellent coordination skills with Operations, Customer Service, agents, carriers, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Register and manage shipments accurately within CargoWise.
• Maintain timely and accurate CargoWise updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Prepare and distribute pre-alerts to agents, customers, and stakeholders.
• Chase and collect shipping documents from carriers, suppliers, agents, and customers.
• Coordinate EDO/DO (Electronic Delivery Order/Delivery Order) processing and follow-up.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive shipment tracking updates.
• Manage operational task lists and ensure all milestones are completed on time.
• Issue delay alerts and communicate shipment exceptions to relevant parties.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure service excellence.
• Follow up with overseas agents, carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements
