Responsibilities

• Handling and managing general cargo and project shipments, incl. full operational (technical) and cost control / profitability (commercial) aspects
• Assist in the preparation of RFQ and tender responses for both Government and Private companies.
• Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners and other offices for any project operations-related issues
• Shipping all kind of cargo, incl. out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo across the globe
• Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, sourcing competitive rates from potential subcontractors and reviewing and posting invoices and billing customers
• Calculating and monitoring project profits
• Supporting sales team in writing up offers and proposals to clients
• Administration and support in daily business activities in a global business environment
• Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.
