Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload shipments using various heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes.
• Operate material handling equipment with precision to move goods efficiently around the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and manual handling techniques.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent stock counting, recording, and updating using inventory management systems.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving procedures comply with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Assist in organizing warehouse space for optimal storage and easy access to materials.
• Follow safety guidelines during heavy lifting, manual handling, and operation of heavy machinery to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and materials handling procedures.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
• Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring loads, and verifying quantities accurately.
• Prior experience as a warehouse supervisor or in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
