Freight handler/storeperson warehouse

Your role consists of....

• Unloading incoming freight, verify items against invoices. Pick and Pack: weigh items, wrap pallets, pack airbags and smaller packages. Prepare consignments for dispatch. Liaise with transport and courier providers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries. Load and unload pallets and freight from heavy vehicles. Update stock levels in computer system.

• Check items for damage.

• Move stock safely around the facility using a forklift.

• Complete daily stock checks and ensure your area is neat and tidy.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid Forklift (LF) Licence is essential.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced freight, transport, or warehouse environment.

• Good physical fitness for manual handling and lifting.

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
