Freight Handling Technician

CATALYST SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS LLC is hiring a reliable and hands-on Freight Handling Technician to support warehouse and shipping operations. You’ll handle freight, prepare shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep daily logistics running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Load, unload, sort, stage, palletize, and secure freight.
• Inspect shipments and report damage or discrepancies.
• Verify labels, BOLs, and shipping documents.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Update inventory using WMS and handheld scanners.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and shipment preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to keep shipments on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma/GED.
• Warehouse, freight, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.
• Forklift/material-handling experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility for overtime or varying shifts when needed.

Pay: $21.43 - $25.17 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
