Freight Management System Specialist

About the Role:

The Specialist will support the CW Global Product Manager in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the Global Freight System Implementation project. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in project execution, and representing the team in local calls as needed - particularly in the capacity of BPM Lead when delegated. The Specialist will also contribute to meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions, helping maintain momentum across global projects. Reporting directly to the Manager, this role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Job Description

• Support global  freight system implementation projects and rollout activities.
• Coordinate with business units, implementation partners, and project teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, data validation, and go-live preparation.
• Help maintain global SOPs, process documentation, and implementation standards.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Recommend automation and digitalisation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in process design and BPM governance activities.
• Assist management with data quality reporting, business analysis report and decision-making support.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and operational reports

Other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to this role will be aligned and coordinated with the direct manager.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related roles will be in advantage. Fresh graduate is also welcome.
• Practical experience in Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, or Transport operations.
• Experience participating in freight system implementation or optimisation projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good Command in written and spoken in English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, Independent and willing to learn.
