Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute export shipments through sea, air, and road freight.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and transporters.
- Ensure timely booking of containers, vessel space, and transportation.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure preparation and verification of export documentation including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Shipping Bill
Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
Certificate of Origin
Insurance Documents
Export Licenses (where applicable
