Role Description

The Freight Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves coordinating daily freight movements, including booking shipments, preparing documentation, and tracking cargo to ensure on-time delivery. The Freight Operations Executive will liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues, handle inquiries, and provide shipment updates. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, managing shipment records, supporting customs and regulatory compliance, and assisting with cost and performance analysis. The role requires close attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented operations environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to work with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Experience in operations and operations management within freight, logistics, or a related field.
• Analytical skills to review shipment data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, shipping documentation, and basic customs or regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with office software and logistics systems (e.g., spreadsheets, shipment tracking tools).
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, supply chain, or a related discipline is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
