Responsibilities include verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies in shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update freight records, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and delivery confirmations.

• Verify accuracy of freight data against source documents and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate record updates.

• Generate reports on freight movement, delays, and compliance metrics for management review.

• Ensure adherence to company and regulatory requirements for freight documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience maintaining freight records and shipping documentation in a logistics or transportation environment.

• Proficiency in using freight management systems or similar software for record-keeping.

• Strong attention to detail when verifying data accuracy and identifying discrepancies.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
