About Us:
Fulfillment Hub USA is a U.S.-based 3PL company offering end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and shipping solutions. We are expanding our international team and currently looking for a Freight Specialist to join our logistics department remotely from Colombia.

Position Overview:
The Freight Specialist will be responsible for coordinating freight operations, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring efficient, on-time delivery of goods. The ideal candidate has solid experience in logistics and freight management, excellent communication skills in English, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and international freight operations for air, ocean, and ground shipments.
• Communicate daily with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track and trace shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Manage rate requests, quotes, and billing accuracy.
• Maintain organized shipping documentation and compliance with company standards.
• Support logistics reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the finance team for freight invoicing and reconciliation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong understanding of shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and logistics management tools.
• Experience with QuickBooks and HubSpot is a plus.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
