We are looking for a French Bilingual Customer Service Representative with previous experience in customer service or contact centers to join our team at Atain.Requirements:

• Language Skills: French C1 level and English B2 level.
• Nationality: Egyptian Nationals only.
• Education: University Graduates only.
• Experience: Previous Customer Service / Contact Center experience is required.
• Location: Able to work fully on-site at Maadi Technology Park.
• Age: Maximum 40 years old.
• Working Hours: Rotational Shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

• Gross Salary: EGP 30,000.
• Transportation: Provided after 9:00 PM.
• Special Benefit: Meeting points available, with door-to-door transportation for ladies after 9:00 PM.

Important Note:
Candidates are required to submit two short voice recordings (1 to 2 minutes each) during the application process: one in French and one in English, to evaluate language proficiency.

Pay: From E£30,000.00 per month
