French HR Data Specialist – Compensation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Filipino national with conversational to fluent French proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Experience in customer service, shared services, HR operations, data management, or transactional service environments is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Experience handling survey data, compensation data, HR-related processes, or client-facing support is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect survey information from companies and communicate with French-speaking clients about the requirements and submission process.
• Check the submitted information to make sure it is complete and accurate.
• Handle salary surveys for assigned countries and review salary and benefits data.
• Explain survey requirements, procedures, and deadlines to clients in French and English.
• Assist French-speaking clients by answering their questions about the survey process, data requirements, and results.
