Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs and proficiency levels
• Deliver lively, interactive French lessons that promote active participation and cultural understanding
• Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and informal evaluations
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages communication, curiosity, and confidence
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special education needs or learning challenges
• Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding progress and classroom activities
• Incorporate multimedia resources and authentic materials to enhance language acquisition experiences

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Prior classroom teaching experience, preferably with diverse age groups or educational settings
• Strong understanding of effective language instruction techniques and curriculum development
• Experience working with students requiring special education accommodations is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment
• Passion for teaching languages and cultural exchange with a positive, energetic attitude

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
