Requirements
French language proficiency: B2/C1/C2
DELF/DALF or equivalent certification
Good English communication
Good customer handling and communication skills
Comfortable with rotational/night shifts
Role
Handle French-speaking customers through voice calls
Assist with flight/hotel bookings and travel-related queries
Resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain customer service and quality standards
