Role Overview

We are looking for French-speaking recruitment professionals to support high-volume recruitment and candidate onboarding activities for the Canadian market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to screen candidates.
• Communicate with applicants through calls, emails, and text messages throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Follow up with candidates on pending actions and address their queries.
• Guide candidates through onboarding procedures and prepare them for their first day.
• Conduct candidate interviews and extend offers to selected candidates.
• Manage end-to-end hiring activities using Workday.
• Resolve candidate concerns through effective communication and active listening.
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and recruitment outcomes in client systems.

Required Skills

• French language proficiency at C1 level or above (certification mandatory).
• 2.5–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate interviewing and screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activities efficiently.
