Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic French Language Trainer to provide structured French language training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should be able to teach French reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and professional communication, including preparation for DELF examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online or classroom-based French language training.
• Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Prepare learners for DELF A1, A2, B1, and B2 examinations, according to expertise.
• Develop lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and practice tests.
• Conduct interactive sessions, conversation practice, role-plays, and assessments.
• Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback.
• Help students develop French communication skills for education, employment, and professional use.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
• Use digital tools and online learning platforms to support effective teaching.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and learner progress reports.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in French language.
• Good understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
• Ability to teach French concepts clearly in English; Tamil is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to prepare structured learning materials and assessments.
• Comfortable conducting online classes through video conferencing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• DELF B2 or DALF C1/C2 certification preferred, depending on the level taught.
• Degree, diploma, or certification in French language is an advantage.
• Previous experience teaching French to beginners and intermediate learners.
• Experience preparing students for DELF examinations.
• Knowledge of French culture and professional communication is desirable.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
• Degree or diploma in French language is an advantage.
• Relevant French language certifications preferred.
