Job Summary

We are looking for French language professionals with C1-level proficiency to support logistics and supply chain operations, coordinate with French-speaking stakeholders, and ensure smooth communication across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and customers through emails and calls.
• Support logistics activities, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and order follow-ups.
• Handle logistics-related documentation and correspondence in French and English.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and operational queries.
• Maintain shipment records, reports, and other logistics data.
• Use SAP or other business applications to support daily logistics operations.
• Ensure timely communication and adherence to process guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• French language proficiency at C1 level is mandatory.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Interest in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
• SAP experience or knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with a French language certification or a degree/diploma in French are preferred. Candidates should have good coordination skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to work with international stakeholders.
