French Quality Analyst

🚨 We’re Hiring | French Quality Analyst

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the BPO industry

Fluent French – mandatory

- English B2 or above

• Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and its techniques

• Knowledge of Quality Charts and R² (R-squared)

Six Sigma knowledge/certification is a plus ⭐
