In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across European markets, acting as the face of our employer brand for French-speaking talent. From strategic sourcing and candidate screening to guiding applicants through the hiring journey, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams in a fast-paced global environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates across European markets using LinkedIn, job boards, and innovative sourcing channels.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Review CVs and conduct initial pre-screening interviews in both French and English to evaluate language proficiency, technical aptitude, and culture fit.
- Pipeline & Applicant Management: Build and maintain active candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking within our ATS.
- Recruitment Coordination: Organize interview schedules, online technical assessments, and selection processes alongside hiring managers.
- International & Relocation Support: Guide international hires through the onboarding experience, offering guidance on relocation and mobility where applicable.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present curated shortlists to hiring managers, align on candidate feedback, and ensure efficient time-to-hire.
- Process Enhancement: Recommend modern sourcing tools, creative candidate engagement strategies, and process improvements.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR regulations, and company policies.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Minimum B2/C1 proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency sourcing.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or sourcing databases.
- International Mindset: Previous exposure to multi-cultural teams or cross-border recruitment is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
- Candidate-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to create a warm, engaging experience for candidates.
- Adaptability & Drive: High energy, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Structured & Ethical: Methodical approach to pipeline management with a commitment to fair, inclusive, and diverse hiring practices.
