French-speaking Customer Advisor

Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to find dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their support team in Lisbon or Porto. This is an exciting opportunity to help customers while contributing to the improvement of everyday life through smarter home technology.

Your Role

• Deliver accurate, polite, and professional support via phone, email, or chat
• Assist customers from the French market with their queries regarding household appliance
• Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes and quality standard
• Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, ensuring alignment with customer need
• Maintain high service levels by following Quality Guidelines and KPI
• Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and satisfaction
• Work in rotational shifts depending on the project

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or above)
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills and customer empathy
• Ability to adapt to different types of customers and resolve issues efficiently
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Team spirit and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
