What they need
We’re looking for French-speaking Customer Service Agents to join our team in Kénitra!
Position: Customer Service – Back Office
Location: On-site – Kénitra
Schedule: 8 hours/day
Working days: 5 days/week
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer emails and support tickets
- Handle and follow up on customer requests
- Provide clear and professional written support
- Occasionally handle incoming customer calls when required
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
Very strong level of French – both written and spoken
Previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Professional, organized, and customer-oriented
