French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote – Greece)

Your Role You'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone, email and/or chat. Day to day, you will:

• Resolve customer questions and requests efficiently and professionally
• Keep accurate records of every interaction in internal systems
• Work to company quality standards and guidelines
• Represent the brand positively and ensure customer satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent French (C1 or above) and good English (B2 or above)
• EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
• Clear communicator and confident problem-solver
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Comfortable using standard computer tools and systems

Relocation Support (EU candidates moving to Greece)

• Flight ticket to Athens (from within the EU)
