Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone inquiries from French clients concerning active credit accounts and new loan applications.
• Analyze individual financial project needs and guide customers toward personalized financing options.
• Cultivate high-value, long-lasting client relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and relational excellence.
• Capitalize on cross-selling and commercial opportunities during customer interactions.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance, data privacy, and precise file management according to financial standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Native or C2-level fluency in French.
• Must live in or very near Braga, Portugal (Strict on-site requirement).
• Strong interpersonal skills, financial empathy, and active listening capabilities.
• Rigor, integrity, and attention to detail when managing customer data and financial files.
• Previous experience in banking, insurance, credit, or customer support is a plus.
