Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding the latest consumer electronics devices

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong advantage
• Availability to work in a rotating shift pattern
