About the role

This position supports accounting, administrative, and customer service activities. The role is suitable for candidates with a background in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields who are detail-oriented and comfortable handling both financial records and customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Prepare bank, sales, and account reconciliations
• Monitor customer payments and verify records against daily sales reports
• Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Support month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records for audit and reporting purposes
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, social media, and phone
• Assist with appointment bookings and rescheduling
• Handle customer feedback and service-related enquiries professionally
• Coordinate with operational teams to support smooth daily activities

About you

• LCCI, Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounting processes
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, Xero, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organisational skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
