About the role

Diagnoses and repairs electrical or mechanical systems of equipment. Tests repair work and communicates issues to service supervisor and service coordinators, conducting additional repair work as advised by supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical systems of equipment
• Test repair work and communicate issues to service supervisor and service coordinators
• Conduct additional repair work as advised by supervisor
• Replace parts and components
• Keep detailed, organized records of all repair work done on each equipment
• Conduct written and verbal communication and read and comprehend technical information
• Maintain repair monitoring records and submit repair reports to immediate supervisor
• Maximize equipment up-time through effective and efficient repair

About you

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Technology course
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; ability to solve technical issues
• Problem solving skills and close attention to detail
• Able to work well under time pressure
• Willing to do field work
• Electrician experience: 1 year (Required)
