Fresh Graduate / Experienced - Multimedia Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer with 1–3 years of relevant professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for branding, composition, typography, and visual storytelling, with the ability to create high-quality digital content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, promotional materials, and explainers
• Create basic motion graphics, animated text, transitions, captions, and visual effects
• Design website pages, landing pages, and responsive layouts
• Build and update website pages using Webflow
• Upload and organize website content, images, videos, and CMS items
• Maintain consistent branding across websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital platforms
• Adapt and resize designs for different platforms, devices, and screen sizes
• Turn creative briefs, rough concepts, and ideas into polished visual outputs
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and marketing materials
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines
• Apply feedback and make revisions efficiently while maintaining design quality

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video editing, and digital creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Hands-on experience with Webflow for website design, content updates, and basic website management
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
