Fresh Graduate Facade Designer & Site Coordinator (2025/2026 Batch)

About the role

Two core entry-level positions for fresh graduates: Facade Designer and On-site Coordinator. New hires will receive systematic on-the-job training, mentor guidance and professional skill cultivation, with clear career development paths in the facade engineering field.

Key responsibilities

Facade Designer

• Assist senior designers in completing curtain wall scheme design, construction drawing deepening, 2D/3D modeling and drawing revision for building facade projects
• Participate in design review, technical document sorting, project bidding technical support and design optimization work
• Cooperate with engineering and construction teams to solve technical problems related to facade design, and ensure the feasibility and standardization of design schemes
• Learn and follow industry facade construction standards, material specifications and engineering technical requirements

On-site Coordinator

• Responsible for on-site technical disclosure, construction progress follow-up and daily coordination of curtain wall projects
• Communicate and coordinate with general contractors, supervisors, construction teams and other relevant parties on on-site construction issues, drawing implementation and engineering changes
• Inspect on-site curtain wall construction quality, sort out on-site technical problems, and assist in formulating rectification and improvement plans
• Sort out project site documents, record construction progress, and assist in daily project management and progress docking

About you

• Bachelor's degree, 2025/2026 fresh graduate
• Majors: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management and other related engineering majors
• Basic knowledge of architectural structure, engineering construction and drawing recognition
• Familiar with AutoCAD or related design software is preferred
• Strong learning ability, careful and rigorous work attitude, good on-site communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to adapt to project site work and project progress arrangement
• Passionate about facade engineering industry, willing to engage in long-term technical and project coordination work
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues and associates.
