About the role

We are seeking a Fresh Graduate Nurse . This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified nursing professionals to begin their career in a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment. Based in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, this is a full-time position that will provide you with invaluable experience in general medical and surgical nursing. As a fresh graduate, you will work under the mentorship of experienced nursing staff, developing your clinical skills whilst contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

• Providing direct patient care on general medical and surgical wards, including assistance with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, observing patient conditions and reporting any changes to senior nursing staff
• Assisting with wound dressing, catheter care and other clinical procedures under supervision
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare standards
• Supporting the administration of medications and treatments as directed by registered nurses
• Communicating effectively with patients, families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient experience
• Maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment in patient care areas
• Following infection control protocols and health and safety regulations at all times
• Assisting with patient admission, discharge and transfer procedures
• Supporting more experienced nursing staff during clinical procedures and medical emergencies

What we're looking for

• A recent nursing graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent qualification
• Current registration or eligibility to register with the Malaysian Nursing Board or relevant regulatory body
• Strong clinical knowledge of general medical and surgical nursing principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Compassion, empathy and a genuine commitment to providing patient-centred care
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling and standing for extended periods
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop clinical competencies through mentorship and training programmes
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and electronic health record systems
