Fresh Graduate | Inventory Associate

• Manage and monitor end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, order processing, outbound dispatch, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, warehouse teams, suppliers, and clients to support daily operational requirements.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports while maintaining accurate records in WMS/ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies while supporting continuous process improvements.
• Oversee value-added services (VAS), including labeling, bundling, repackaging, and related operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Proficient in MS Office and WMS/ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
