About the role

This role involves serving as a Chinese–Thai and Thai–Chinese interpreter and liaison, facilitating communication between Thai employees, Chinese staff, clients, and stakeholders across warehouse, operations, logistics, and customer service functions.

Work Location : Warehouse KEX (คลองส่งนํ้า)

Working Days / hours : 6 Days / week 09:00 - 18:00

Key responsibilities

• Interpret between Chinese and Thai during communications with Chinese employees, clients, and relevant parties
• Translate and communicate during meetings, both on-site and online
• Translate conversations and work-related information within warehouse operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, inventory storage, shipping, and logistics coordination
• Coordinate between warehouse, operations, logistics, customer service teams and Chinese clients
• Translate work-related documents including work documents, reports, emails, work orders, and client documents
• Communicate and follow up on tasks assigned by supervisors or managers
• Attend meetings and help summarise key points to ensure mutual understanding between parties
• Support resolution of communication issues between Thai employees and Chinese teams or clients
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

About you

• Able to communicate well in Chinese and Thai, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
• Able to serve as an interpreter in meetings and business coordination
• HSK 4–5 or above is considered a special advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work with multiple parties and resolve immediate problems
• Careful and detail-oriented with ability to follow through on tasks to completion
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or customer service is considered a special advantage
• Able to use Microsoft Office or related work software
