Fresh/ Junior Proposal Engineer

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review enquiries, project specifications, documents and communicate with client for any clarification.
2. Perform heating equipment sizing, prepare proposals, costing for tenders and submit in timely manner.
3. Liaise with sub-vendors and obtain technical and commercial support for cost effective design and competitive bid.
4. Handle technical and commercial clarifications. Attend technical bid clarification meetings where necessary.
5. Prepare project handover meetings to ensure seamless handover of project.
6. Assist in maintaining price database.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possess at least Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Diploma holder with relevant working experience may consider.

2. At least 2 years working experience, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Exposure on the following will be an added advantage.

   1. Exposure in Oil and Gas Process engineering.
   2. possess knowledge of rules and regulations of oil & gas and offshore industry such as ATEX, IECEx and Ex Hazardous Area Equipment safety requirements.
   3. Working knowledge of international codes (ASME, ANSI, ASTM, IEC, ISO etc.)

4. Proficient in MS Office.
