Fresher Architect

• Assist architects in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
• Develop and modify 2D drawings and 3D models as required.
• Assist with preparation of working drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
• Conduct basic site visits and assist with site measurements and observations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Research materials, design trends, building products, and architectural solutions.
• Assist in ensuring drawings and designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
• Support the team in preparing client presentations and project proposals.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design and planning principles.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work on live projects.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
